Leonardo Bonacci, Leonardo of Pisa, or Leonardo Bigollo Pisano, was an Italian mathematician from the Republic of Pisa. He is regarded as one of history’s greatest mathematicians. His number sequence, based on the sequential sum patterns and ratios in the numbers identified, are foundational in many parts of life, including technical analysis in investing.
